Rosewater Facial Toner & Primer 250mL

This facial tonic is the refreshing and soothing solution your skin needs when it’s distressed or when you need to remove impurities or makeup. Instructions: As a toner/cleanser: moisten a cotton pad with the toner and wipe the entire face area. As a primer: Apply generously onto the face, let dry.
